Overview
In EZLease, before you're able to link an attachment to a specific lease, import a bulk template, or open a review database, you must first upload all files and attachments to the My Files workspace. For more details on how to use and navigate My Files, please see the following article: Using My Files).
If you need to manage your files (e.g. add or delete a file), you can access the File Management workspace by clicking File > File Management.
A few key features include:
- The ability to create new storage folders (e.g. for different file types, lease types or fiscal years).

Files can be deleted by accessing the File Management workspace, and clicking the "Delete file" button.

When opening a file, you can double-click the file as opposed to selecting the file then choosing "open."

Saving files is also easier as the Save button will become enabled when you type in a file name (previously, you had to type in a file name and then click another button to enable the Save button).
