Some customers prefer to interact with support tickets via email; however, if you have multiple tickets, or find it difficult to track these support conversations via email, you can also access and track your tickets from the EZLease Success Center.
Once there, you'll need to create a username and password in order to log in. We suggest using the same email address and password you use for the EZLease application. Once logged in, click the drop-down beside your name in the top-right corner, and choose "My Activities." You can view the ticket subject, ID, date created, last activity, and status. To see additional ticket information, including the entire conversation thread, click into the ticket using the subject hyperlink.
