EZLease keeps a list of the nine most recently used databases displayed in the File menu. (Access databases include “.mdb” at the end of the database name; SQL Server databases have no file extension.) If you want to choose a database to open that is not listed on the File menu, choose File/Open. A list of EZLease databases on the current SQL Server instance is displayed. If you wish to switch to a different server, click on Change, select the appropriate server, then return to the list of EZLease databases. If you want to log in using a different user name (or switch from Windows to SQL authentication or vice versa), choose Change Server and re-enter your login information.
To open an Access database, click on Use Access Database or hold down the Shift key while choosing File/Open. Then select the database from the file dialog.
