EZLease files may be stored on a network server, and printing may be done to a network printer. If you have multiple seat licenses, the first person to open an Access database (the default format) has read/write access; other users may view the database and run reports, but not make changes. (This also applies to the account number groups database; the first person to log into EZLease can make changes, while other users may access the list but not make changes.) If you purchase EZLease’s SQL Server option, all users have simultaneous read/write access (if they have the correct permissions).
If you have multiple users, it is best to share the system options settings file and the account number groups database, to ensure consistent reporting by all users. For more information on how to share these files, see Setting up EZLease for multiple users in chapter 1.
