The Notice Dates report displays leases whose rent is about to change, leases about to expire, and any notices that you create. In File/System Options, on the Notice Dates tab, you specify whether rent changes and lease expirations should be displayed, and for how many days before and after the scheduled event. For notices you create, you specify the display starting and ending date for each notice. In System Options, you can also specify whether the Notice Dates report should display automatically whenever you open a database.
Any notice can be dismissed, if you no longer need to see it, by unchecking the Display? box; however, you can display all notices, even those that have been dismissed, by checking the box at the bottom of the window marked, “Include notices that are not marked ‘Display.’” Changes to the Display? flag on the report screen are not saved until you click OK to close the report; click Cancel to discard any display changes.
You may change the effective date of the report; change the “As Of” date and click Refresh, and notices are displayed as if the date entered is today.
If you click on Print, the Notice Dates report displays in text output format like other reports. If you click on Export to Spreadsheet, it outputs to Excel or XML like other reports.
