To share the account number groups database (Account numbers.mdb), follow these steps:

Change the Group database location to a shared drive location. After the first computer has accessed the database, all other computers will warn that the file already exists. Choose Yes to keep the file. |
Note: If you are using the SQL Server implementation of EZLease, you are prompted for the appropriate SQL Server instance for the account number groups database when you first run EZLease. The steps above are only necessary if you want to change the location for the account number groups database at a later date.
If you want to limit access to the EZLease databases to particular users, you should set permissions on either the folder containing the EZLease databases or on each individual file. Depending on how your server is set up, you may be able to set the appropriate permissions by right-clicking on a file or folder, selecting Properties and then the Security tab.
