Improved user management

Super Admin role

EZLease v9.2 introduces a new role, the Super Admin. The new role provides the ability manage all users from within EZLease. This includes adding, deleting, and updating users, as well as updating user roles and access to clients. This alleviates the need to submit support tickets every time you need to add users or make updates. Additionally, Super admins can now export and download a list of all users.

These new actions are performed on the new User Management page on the EZLease dashboard, which is only viewable to Super Admins. For more: Managing users as a Super Admin and Role-based access control

Note: Adding, deleting or changing a Super admin user requires a support ticket be submitted. Currently, there can only be ONE super admin per account.

User Access Permissions has been removed from the EZLease lease management workspace and is now managed by Super admins on User Management page.

We're introducing the User Management Page, offering Super Admins a dedicated space to view and manage users within their account. This new feature puts the power of centralized user management into the hands of super admins, simplifying the oversight and administration of user accounts and permissions. Super admins can now conveniently download a comprehensive list of all users within their account. This feature has been introduced to support internal processes, and ease user account tracking and management.

Adding Notes to Revisions

With this update, you can now seamlessly add notes to lease revisions, providing a valuable means to capture essential information and the rationale behind changes. These notes can be easily entered on the Additional Data tab of a lease record or the Revise/replace window when you're making changes to a lease. Each lease revision can have its own note, and all revision notes show up in the Audit Trail report, making it easy to understand changes to leases over time.

This feature simplifies collaboration when multiple team members are working on the system and streamlines the peer review process.

Bug Fixes

• Lessee/Lessor workspace selection when launching EZLease will now redirect you to the correct workspace.

• Fixed bug in which ARO booking date would erroneously change after saving an ARO revision.

• ARO reporting speed improvements.

• Fixed bug in which user-defined fields were not always working properly when switching between the GASB lessee/lessor and SBITA workspaces.

• Streamlined review database creation and upload workflow.

• Fixed bug in which EZLease logo would not consistently appear on login screen.
