Overview
If you purchased multiple instances/clients of EZLease with your subscription and need to have one or more of those available instances provisioned for use, submit your request to EZLease support, along with the completed Instance Request Form below.
In most cases, new instances of EZLease are provisioned within 1-2 business days. Once a new instance is provisioned, users who have been granted access will see it listed as an option when logging in.

Submitting a new instance request
Below are the steps for submitting an instance request:

Submit a support ticket |

Fill out the ticket form with all the required fields, and attach the completed instance request form. |

4 | Once the ticket is submitted, you'll receive an automated reply that the ticket was submitted and is pending review. Once the ticket is assigned to a support agent, you'll get an additional reply with next steps or any questions they might have. |
