See below answers to frequently asked questions pertaining to obtaining continuing professional education (CPE) credits by attending a webcast. Please review before submitting a question:
Q. How can I qualify for CPE?
A. CPE credit is offered for live webcasts only (on-demand webinars are not eligible). To be eligible, you must attend the webcast for a minimum of 50 minutes and answer 3 of the 4 interactive polling questions.
Q: Can I receive CPE credits for watching the on-demand EZLease webinars?
A: No, we do not offer CPE credits for on-demand sessions and webinars.
Q: How long does it take to receive CPE credits after attending a live webinar?
A: Attendees can download their certificate on the webcast console prior to the conclusion of the webcast. CPE certificates are also sent out in a follow-up email within 2-3 business days to those who qualified.
Q: Where can I find the list of upcoming, live webinars?
Q. I experienced technical or logistical difficulties during the live webcast, or I had to log off and log back on during the webcast. Do I still receive credit?
A. If you experience any technical difficulties during the webcast which could affect your CPE requirements, please send an email to email@example.com and a team member will assist you.
Q. I responded to the polling question through the Q&A box. Can I still qualify for CPE?
A. Polling answers must be submitted through the interactive polling slide, which will show up on the console when the speaker is ready to display. If you encounter technical difficulties during a live webcast which prevents you from responding, please reach out through the Q&A box and a team member will assist you.
Q. When or how will I know that I qualified for CPE?
A. At the end of each webcast, the webcast technology automatically determines if you qualified for CPE based on the eligibility requirements. Click on “view certificate” at the bottom of the console prior to the webcast concluding and a new window will open indicating you have qualified for CPE with an option to download the certificate.
Q. I don’t think I received the follow-up email with my CPE. What email should I look for?
A. All attendees will receive a follow-up email within 2-3 business days coming from EZLease Webinar or LeaseAccelerator Webinar. Please check your spam folder too if you cannot locate that email. If you still experience difficulties, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a team member will assist you.
